When the Going Gets Tough...Keep Going!

Instead of being photo booth specific this time around, this blog post is going to be geared more toward life in general, as I feel everyone has bumps in the road that they face and should try to overcome them before even considering to give up.

Life is far from a perfect fairy tale. There are things, people, unforeseen circumstances, relationships, etc., that will always cause everyone troubles. Troubles that may cause you to re-think your business venture, troubles that induce fear in trying something new, and even troubles to make you doubt yourself. Everyone goes through it, which is why we are all very similar than people may think. Everyone's story is different. But we all have something in common: We are all humans and are all going through the precious journey of life.

When you are faced with adversity, fear and doubt may try to overcome you. It's natural. But don't let it get the best of you, because you are stronger and better than the factor that is giving you issues. We are all capable of amazing things much greater than we ever imagined. Dig deep and remember the reason why you started:

• Was it to prove someone who doubted you wrong?
• Was it to prove to yourself than you can achieve a certain goal?
• Was it to fill a void in a certain industry where you saw an opportunity?
• Was it because a competitor tried to bring you down?

Whatever the case may be, you can get through it! I believe in you! If you truly believe in yourself and what you are trying to achieve, no one can get in the way if you take action and are persistent with your efforts.

There are some that will try to bring you down as they feel that you are a threat. Pretty pathetic, right? But unfortunately, there are certainly people out there who do this.

Keep your eye on the prize, put in the work, and you will soon reap the benefits. To be photo booth specific, if you are unable to land clients, get out of your comfort zone and try something new to try to get more leads and prospects. Cold call, cold email, connect with event planners, coordinators, venues, and such. There are a ton of opportunities out there for this ginormous photo booth industry. You just have to look past what everyone else is doing and be different. Something that is working for someone may not work for you, and that's ok! It will work out over time.

Don't get frustrated, and just keep on moving forward.

With all of the things that are happening with our Luxe Drops business right now since our soft launch, I am still going to move forward and seek out new opportunities to shine against the competition that is trying to bring us down. It is sad to think that there are individuals and companies who try to bully you into thinking you did something wrong, just to try to get rid of the competition. I think it's just pathetic and childish. I leave this blog post with this:

Focus on what you are trying to build and no matter what adversity that comes across your path, squash it and keep moving forward. You will get through it.
