We believe that there are no dumb questions in life. Therefore, here are some of the questions that we received and thought it may be helpful in case you wanted to know the answers to:

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We make it a priority to get you your order as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, shipping times can range anywhere from 4-11 business days. No worries, though, we will be here every step of the way to update you on your order.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN MY BACKDROP HAS SHIPPED?

Absolutely! When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number so you know it is on the way!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier accordingly (USPS/UPS/FedEX/DHL). You may then navigate to their website and track your package using the tracking number that we provide you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely! We want to be able to provide photo boothers across the globe access to our amazing backdrops. International orders will take additional time to get to your destination. However, a tracking number will be provided along with the international courier for tracking purposes.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO FOLD AND STORE THE BACKDROP?

We've personally done it both ways. We have rolled up the entire backdrop and then rolled it sideways to make it look like a "cinnamon roll" (how our backdrops come when shipped to you), as well as folding sequin side to sequin side on top of each other then folding to create a rectangle. Both ways have worked out for us but we recommend not to stack multiple backdrops on each other as it may bend the sequins. Better safe than sorry!

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY BACKDROP?

We recommend using a damp cloth and spot cleaning the backdrop. Use a gentle motion to make sure you do not do damage to the sequin threading that holds it to the backdrop.

WHAT IF MY BACKDROP HAS WRINKLES?

That is perfectly normal! Depending on how your backdrop is folded and stored, you may get wrinkles. No worries though, by using a steamer (corded or battery operated), you can release the creases from the wrinkles to make it look flowy again. As with any steamer, make sure to not get it too close to the backdrop to avoid damage and you should be all set!

CAN THE BACKDROP BE HUNG FROM THE TOP OR BOTTOM POLE POCKETS?

Yes! Either way works! Depending on which end you hang from the top, the outcome of the photos will be different. It just depends on your preference as to what style you like. Why not try both ways and see which one you like better?

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return. All items must be unused and in its original packaging. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ship the backdrop back to us. Once received and inspected to be in new and unused condition, we will process a refund accordingly back to the original form of payment.

DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
